As the name suggests - a TOP hotel! You can't go wrong with this place - located in a great area with good restaurants, moments from Victoria train and tube station - Breakfast was well cooked & tasty and HOT......plush dining room. Welcoming friendly staff too. Good value for money.....I really appreciated the obvious effort that has gone into this great hotel.
